This is the list of items I cannot live without. There isn't much frozen food or junk food required to make an array of my favorite meals like avocado toast, buddha bowls, breakfast wraps, rice and beans, oatmeal, fufu, stews and soups. These are all foods that I enjoy and not pretend to enjoy. They make me feel alive and awake and glad to be in this body!
